Alfadog Posted September 14, 2004 Share #13 Posted September 14, 2004 Hey now it is a N15 SSS, and he does only want "fair, driveable condition". I don't think it's too much of a stretch, but depends how much the house deposit is!!! Just one thing I noticed in your post Gav, "www.ozdat.com is another good place to look every wednesday it is updated." It's updated at about 11 or 12 PM isn't it? I usually check it on Thursday morning. Just so you're not 6 days late every week, Mike (Method)
Gav240z Posted September 14, 2004 Share #14 Posted September 14, 2004 haha your right Alfa but I am usually online and up late enough to see what's new straight away. Still searching for that elusive diesel crank. I know Gee was willing to check one out up in Qld if that offer still exists I might need your help with it sometime soon. However back to the topic at hand
Gee Posted September 14, 2004 Share #15 Posted September 14, 2004 I've been thinking about the whole stroker idea too.Courtesy parts have a kit:Stroker for USD $1269.00. I THINK I read that if you are an IZCC member you get 25% discount, at an exchange rate of 0.70c that's about $1,360 plus postage etc. The upside is that everything would be new.Group buy?? datsun260z Posted September 15, 2004 Share #18 Posted September 15, 2004 If you are not stuck on having a 240z you could always get a 260z. They are a little different to a 240z but also about half the price. Good start for a first z car and you can mod the engine for performance then transfer it to a 240Z later down the track.
