Hey everyone, I was thinking about going turbo with my Z but after sitting down and factoring in prices and what other things I want to do I've decided not to. I have a type 1 HKS Surge Tank which I recently painted wrinkle black. I masked off all the surfaces on the inner sides of the tank, back plate, and the piping and connecting area within and it's in fantastic shape. Could use another few coats to make it more wrinkled if desired, but I prefered a more subtle texturing with it. I put in a couple weeks worth of refinishing this and bringing it back to it's former glory and it's ready to go if you're thinking about going turbo! There are a mix of new and old bolts (ha…

They said it couldn't be done! Here is the long awaited modern replacement to the oscillator box for the 240Z rally clock. The clock has exactly the same movement as the stock setup. This circuit completely replaces your old oscillator box and is driven by a super accurate microprocessor, instead of a tuning fork. We have a full working example after reverse engineering my own rally clock. It now keeps time more precisely than the factory unit and will be very reliable, with no moving components. We have also located a plug that will be compatible with the OEM harness for people wanting a plug in solution. You can see from the pictures that you can actually mount …

This rebuilt head has been ported and refitted with 280Z stainless steel valves. Said to have been done originally by Rebello. You know what these cost. I am about to take this to the machine shop and have seats converted to unleaded fuel to use on my own L28 if nobody buys it. No. 6 cylinder was welded and repaired at one time. More photos on request. $600 plus shipping.

I will be having an extra spare rebuild E31 for sale, within a month or so. It's currently at the shop being rebuild, it's almost done. If any club members here are interested, give me a reasonable offer. It's getting hard to find these..

I hate to call it a project car but I'm afraid it's become that. My family is growing so I need a vehicle that will carry more than one child. I'll have to come back to the Z at a later time. There are many good things about this Z and some not good things about it. Several parts R&R'd in 2000, upgrades & R&R in 2005 (previous owner), I owned it since 2010 and have replaced and improved several things but put a lot of wear & tear on it as well. Text or email for a detailed list of EVERYTHING good, bad, and ugly, photos, and/or meet somewhere to look and drive. IP 432-634-4922 ian.h.petersen@gmail.com
