Square Port Fujitsubo Style Header from Japan. Not sure if it was made by Fujitsubo but nearly identical in design.

I didn't, I have this one as a spare

The circumference is 5 3/8" so 1.7" diameter or 43.5mm.

It does look and little bigger right after it drops down.

The square port measurement is 1.5" top to bottom and 1.25" side to side

Looks like you're right. 

Thanks for the info. I've never ran this setup myself but they were clearly designed off of the Fujitsubo which I do have on my Z.
