  1. Ok, I agree with u, but the point is, I do drive carefully (having done karting school, rally driving school, co-pilot school, 2 seasons of SOLO, 2 season of rally sprint), but in my defense, I was on the right lane, ready to take my exit, so I was close to the concrete, and there was a lot of cars around me... I was at the wrong place wrong time, that,s it. Just yesterday, a youngie in his Hyundai alomost hit me and my Z just because he was looking at the car while overtaking me on the highway... Sucks to be them to drive badly... not my case, but I behave like all the others are a threat for me now with the Z....:tapemouth

  3. Oooooooooups... sorry, made a typo.. 195/70/14 is size, not 197... My mistake...
  4. I agree, but people with cars don't carry loose items unattached in the back..... Anyway, I don,t puts the blame on truck, I'm being sarcastic, french humor, I'm just really pissed off by le con d'imbécile....
  5. My Z did came with bizarre tire size. 197/70/14. Is there any other way to know what is the right size I can put, (I want to stick with 14 inches)? 195 looks borderline for the rear clearance of the fenders... Help me please!
  6. I went to do an evaluation of my car for the insurance, and while I was crossing the Champlain bridge in Montreal, a pick-up truck lost 2 big estie de tabarnak de carpets in front of me. They just flew off the bed... There was a cube truck following me, so I could'nt brake (hit in the rear end did not sounds good to me), and I could'nt swerve left nor right, there was 2 cars, so I took one carpet in the front spoiler, and it made a nice chip in the fiberglass as well as lots of scratches in the lower portion of the air dam... Putain de bordel de merde! (I'll let you find what it means in english...) So, I have a cracked and chipped front air dam, where we can see the fiberglass.... Beware of pick-up trucks, they are our ennemies now!

  8. Depending on the condition of the car. expect between 2000 to 4 000$. A god bet are these two sites: http://cars.hemmings.com/hemmings/searches/price_checker/nadaguide.cfm http://www.collectorcartraderonline.com/adsearchprocess.html Be patient, you'll have inputs from the other members also. Guy
  9. Mine are 195/70/14, Motomaster Predator. Shitty tires that were on the car before, do not expect to change them in the near future, they are almost brand new! The dimensiosn is concerning me a little , should it be 215/60/14 instead to respect the speedo, or it doesn't matter???
  10. IMO, your best guess would be the Haynes manual, non????
  11. I dunno, but the car looks nice. Try this site: http://cars.hemmings.com/hemmings/searches/price_checker/nadaguide.cfm Thye have a section so you can have an estimate for the market price.

  14. Yeah, since last Thursday. I do feel the same way also. people straes at me, they almost got accident because they don't pay attention to their driving.... Youn riceys try to race me by revving the engine. It,s funny. But I like it!
  15. No, it is faint, not a big blus puff of smoke, but sometime when I lift the gas to slow down, I can see it (faintly, but still visible), and between each shift I can see it also. I will run the car like this and see how it evolves this summer, and wait for the loooooooon winter. I'm not gonna use the car everyday, so I can wait, and merci for the nice advice again!
  16. OK, Merci dan. I was in the same boiling mode yesterday afternoon, but as soon as I took the car for my 1st OWN RIDE, the boiling water went off.!! Yes, I will definitely try the the oil treatment. I might not be bad.
