Another view of throttle body and linkage -
Here's the 240sx throttle body with a 1" spacer from JSK. The fuelrail also comes from JSK. -

Because of poor welding the plan of polishing the intake had to go. As you see, it's now black.. -

I'm going to use the original ECU combined with a tuned header, 2.5" exhaust, performance cam, adjustable cam sprocket, open airfilter and 60mm throttle body. We'll se how it works in a few months..

It's good to know it has an effekt, but shouldn't the airflow meter be just as restrictive as the throttle body? BTW the deal with the Almera throttle body didn't happen since the seller found out he had listed it by mistake, so now I have to find a new one. Feel free to give me any ideas on where to find one at a resonable price.

Just bought a throttle body from an Almera 2.4 on ebay hoping it's similar to the one on the 240sx KA24DE (60 mm). Have any of you guys used this on a L28? See pics of intake project here: http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=7337
