put key into ignition and turned it on. key wouldn't turn to start. it is now stuck in the on position and i can't turn it left or right. won't pull out either. the stearing wheel is not locked, it turns freely. any help greatly appreciated before i have to call a lock smith.

odometer turned over to 00000 !!! today.

how many miles are on it now? maybe u can catch it the second time around.

or not! in the next 120 miles my odometer will register all zeros! been thinking about this occasion for a while. i was just going to take a pic of the speedometer at 00000. someone suggested getting a newspaper with the date of the occurance and taking the pic together. what did fellow members do to mark this milestone?

at the rate he's going i think he'll be ahead of schedule.

i carry a small portable pump that plugs into the lighter. works but it takes a long time.

had a slow leak in the company truck. working out of town a local told us which gas station to go to. he said they had free air. sure enough, we pulled up and there was a vintage eco air meter. WOW, it's gotta be the last place in canada with free air. everyone else charges a buck for air and it's on a timer. remember when.

got the zed out of hibernation today. 4 or 5 turns of the key and pumping gas pedal, she fired up. battery fine. ran like a swiss watch. as everyone knows in the east and midwest the weather has been awsome. also the earliest i've had it out. mileage at 99,665. should hit 00000 in a few weeks, weather permitting.

from my computer room i can look out my window into my front yard. one day when i had my zed parked out front in the shade i saw what looked to be a grandmother walking her grandchild. she looked to be 2 or 3 years old and just starting to learn how to walk. the child was holding the grandma's pinky finger and as they passed by the zed the kid's head and eyes were locked onto the car as she kept walking. it made me grin to think such a young kid would notice, but i believe it was the color that caught her attention.( 112 yellow lime green)

i believe ebay has a new policy. they now charge a percentage on the total price including shipping. this was implemented so sellers couldn't cheat on fees. i'm a buyer, not a seller. i have noticed some sellers have steep shipping so i avoid them.

although i'm married i consider myself a bachelor when it comes to cooking as the wife has zero culinary skills. my all time favourite is kraft dinner to which i'll add cooked hamburg and onions. sometimes i'll add fried mushrooms if available. ok gang, any recipes from college days when times were tough. here are some guidelines has to be cheap around $5 prep time under an hour nothing exotic like fresh cilantro or white wine kinda ingredience, stuff you'll find in the average bachelor kitchen.

dispute has to be made within 45 day after payment. after that you have no recourse. also the transaction has to be done through the auction. if payment was done with a credit card your chances are good you will be reimburst in full provides you are in good standing with them.

very difficult to get the tail lite panel the right finish and color. it is similar to the hub cap color. let us know how it turns out.

hi, and welcome i'm no xpert bodyman but with rust like that on the door frame makes me wonder what the floorpans, frame rails, hatch sill and battery area looks like. don't want to discourage u but check out these other problem areas too. also being original color 112 yellow lime, i think this was only offered in the 72 model year. i could be mistaken though. good luck.
