  2. hi all i have 15*8 simmons wheels 225/65/15 on mine on the front i have 15*9 simmons 245/65/15 on the rear yes the gaurd had to be pumped out to fit them under see the in my aviator its a 71 240z rob

  6. why not just get some nuts you have around your workshop and see what fits when you find the one then go to local nut shop and find what bolt thread goes into it and there you go you know the thread size rob

  8. with the 350z antenna idea all the antenna is a screw into a small mount on the car a lot of the new cars are coming like that we have the toyota kluger,kia rio same as and the 350z of cause but you should be able to find one at your local motor acc shop rob m
  9. my brother got his 57 chev coupe done at the powder coaters it was a good job and it must not have been that expensive to have it done he is not a tight arse but he does believe in good prices rob
  10. would it not be a lot easier to go to the local panel shop and ask can you use their hot oven painting booth or hire it for a short period of time

  13. what i have seen is a lexus v8 in a 260z not a lot of room but it did look neat it was at z16 in blacktown australia rob
  14. problem now solved it ended up being a $7.00 condensor as a lot of people suggested thanks everybody for your thoughts wedgey

  16. yes it does have the standard distributor and cap have replaced cap leads plugs rotor button and condensor pig lead looks good somebody has said even though the condensor is new it maybe the problem ,but cannot get to replace till saturday/you know work and all thanks for replies
  17. hi all have a problem anybody else had this on their 240z l24 motor drive for about two kilometres then the car dies no spark to the plugs but spark to the distributor from the coil when the car cools down for about an hour it will start again then go for another two ks and dies any thoughts out there thank you
  18. the doors do have to be closed to lock the door if the adjusting knob inside the door panel from the handle down to the lock mech is adjusted to hard it will not allow enough free play and the lock mech will not lock also make shaw the when the door closes it has to make the two movements when closed this will also stop it from locking have fun i know i did
  19. hi 260DET i live in the suburbs of sydney a fellow at my work had one, I liked the look of it he sold it about 3 months ago for $5,000 dollars as a lot of people say everybody to their own there are people out there that do not like the style of the zed but i know their taste is in their arse rob

  22. hi gav if you go to this address www.z-sport.com/phelmerpics.html this is an origanil but it does not have the 240z in the sticker it goes straight through the datsun emblem on the front gaurd rob
  23. hi you could have it air brushed if may sound a weird but you could put a picture from the musical my fairlady because that was the beleif where the name came from rob
  24. no they were going to make up some for my dash gauges but i did not follow through with it spent money on other parts as you do rob
