  1. flyzlo, I found the valve. It's not the one you need. It (according to the factory manual) fits a 260/280 non Euro model. Sorry, have a great Turkey Day. Ed
  2. Gee, I must be crazy to be selling parts any normal person can afford. Like a set of hubcaps in very good condition for $200.00 for the set. Maybe I should have waited for someone with no money since to buy them for $1000.00 each. NOT!!! Having to much fun reducing our customer's large parts inventory. Happy Turkey Day everyone. Ed
  3. Flyzlo, I have been out for awhile, business, not this virus thing. Just got back today the 19th, it now 2pm PST. I was born in Fairbanks, Alaska. Your welcome. I have you on my list of thing to get on this week. I just thought I would not leave you hanging any longer. I know what you mean about Canadian built viechle's, my shop truck is a Canadian built Dodge form 1985. It has factory dual exhaust, that option is not listed in the states. We have what we call DEQ (Dept. of Enviro. Quality) and since my truck is not listed in their books I had to fight them every two years to prove it is not modified. I finally changed to a single CAT back 3 inch exhaust system and still use the 2 CAT's. They don't care that it has an Mega Flow muffler or that 3 inch is not factory. Oh well, tough for them. Ed
  4. I may have one. I will look to see if your p/n is on my part. Can you give me a more detailed picture or detailed description of the part you need,? That way I will not waste your time with the wrong part. Ed

  17. texasz, Sorry to take so long to get back to you. Yes I got you email address. I have looked for the master cylinder and learned it was thrown away. Sorry, I know it was what you were looking for. Ed
  18. texaz, I'm having trouble moving the pictures to where I can put them on this site. Computers are not my thing, dinosaurs don't like changes. I'm on it, I will get it done and sent to you. I thought I should let you know why I have not honored my word to you as of yet. Ed
  19. Texasz, I will get you a picture and send it you tomarrow. Ed
  20. texasz, Are you looking for the master cylinder? If so I have one, it needs new seals, they don't leak, but they allow air to enter the system so they are bad. Ed

  25. Dat240z71, I am not meaning to step on anyone's toes. but I have some bases trouble shooting questions, bear with me if you can. My style of trouble shooting is to start with the simple thing first. So, here goes. When the engine was FRIST assembled, did you do the work? Have you that type of work before? Did you tap the bolt threads? Did you use NEW bolts? How long (I'm looking for number of hrs.) did the engine run before you discovered the head gasket issue? How did you determine the problem was in the head gasket before you disassembled the motor? What about the head gasket was bad? Was all the head bolts torqued properly and to the correct specs? If, there was no clear damage (broken/cracked/split/,etc.) to the head gasket, did you inspect the valve seats for cracks? I'll stop for now and give you time to answer these questions.
