  1. Love the color of your car! As you can see I have used it in my ads & T-shirt design. Need a side view of Nismo just lile my 240 in the ad/T. Thanks.
  2. I bought a black Ferrari but if you look at the cars, silver shows off the lines so much better. Aesthetically siver is the way to go.
  3. You have to be kidding! Non of you have a Nismo?
  4. What did you buy from him?
  5. Is Datsun gay or what?

  7. The Schwarzenegger-Shriver split w/ Arnold saying he wants to go back to making movies. There is Stallone still wanting for one more Rambo or Rocky. Plastic surgery has gone way bad to super freaky. Who has it worst? What movie was the final blow? Others?
  8. I have that same Bazooka bass tube in my RX-7 (hooked to Kenwood system). Sounds great! Very good looking project car for you.
  9. I say tap a paint spatula under & pry. See if it breaks loose. Then you might have to saw joints.
  10. admin@coastalzclub.com zconteam@coastalzclub.com 2 alternate emails. Are you coming to the ZCCA meet?
  11. I'm designing "Z Island" graphics for the 2011 ZCCA International Convention. Have done ads, T-shirt, etc. w/ 240Z. You may have seen in Nissan Sport Magazine. I need to do a version w/ a 370 Nismo for marketing at dealerships selling new Z cars. Do you have a Nismo? If so do you have a high quality side view photo I could use for artwork? Thanks.
  12. With protecting and refurbishing dashboards, consoles, plastic in the interior. I’ve been using Griots product on my Z, Ferrari, RX-7 & Miata. Seems less greasy than the standard Armor All stuff. But does anything really PROTECT?
  13. Post pix please.

  16. I use Hagarty. But have never had to USE them yet. Pay a pretty penny - about $1,000 a year tho. Would really have to see their towing operation to recommend them as low ground clearance is key. Nothing but problems w/ Z car w/ AAA.
  17. If you could have anything hybrid to drive on street what would it be? How would you paint it? Go ahead & take it to the limit! Be extravagant. What would you stuff under the hood? Not to worry about what others may think is tacky & embrace rice.
  18. My Z gets little attention while parked but pulling up at a light w/ the subtle low roar of a V8 running through SuperTrapps turns heads of most red-blooded Americans...as well as Asian tuner types. At a gas station I often hear murmurs of, "what year is that?" Gotta love it.

I have a Pro-Lift 3300 lb model (really small) one of my ex-boyfriends got me about 18 years ago. Had to press it down to get low enough to go under the chunk of my RX-7s but lifts high enough for me to comfortably do jack stands to change transmission fluids. Seals are all still great & it pumps up like a champ. Heavy sucker.
  20. Unless you are doing a historic restoration why not make this 240Z yours? If you can do all paint everywhere go for your wildest dreams. Everyone has seen the historic renovation over & over. Boring. Do it with a flair all your own or be a lemur.
  21. I started to watch once but lost interest as it seemed too much of nothing trying to gimic something. However w/ a Z I might perk up.
  22. Did you inherit? I one rode in a 289 Cobra one of my former workout buddies owns. He used to race it vintage nut it bacame too valuable.
  23. I have to be in before the headlights rise. Even w/ perscription glasses I see lots of blurs of street lights, head lights, blinkers. Quess I won't be driving Le Mans any time soon...

I'd say go with major manufacturer like Trek, Specialized, Cannondale, Specialized, Giant. They all carry a wide range of models w/ different frame geometries to suit your style of riding. Technology from pro racing (Tour de France) trickles down to their entry level bikes. If you chooses to buy new, make sure you like the guys at whichever bike shop as you will be taking it in for warrantee/free tune-ups, etc. However, I really recomend going to all bike shops & trying everything, and finding your favorite model & correct size frame. Then shop on Ebay for new (last years model) or hardly used bike for half price. Bike people on Ebay seem to be honest folk IMO. Let me know how it goes! Private me if you like.
  25. I can't see sh$t at night. Everyones headlights are at my eye level in my 240Z, Miata, RX-7. I'm like a vampire that has to be in before the sun sets.
