Seems that way. However, 7" wheel may measure 8" from the edge to the edge, 7" being inside of the edge where the tire mounts. That's why the chart for 7" rim shows 4" backspace for 0mm offset.

Maryland 'Z Club car show at Carlisle, PA
Dear Z-Car Enthusiast: The Maryland ‘Z Club would like to invite you to participate in the 9th Annual ‘Z Days Car Show, to be held on Saturday, May 17, 2003. Our show will be held in conjunction with the Import-Kit/Replicar Nationals presented by Carlisle Productions. The show will be held at Carlisle Pennsylvania Fairgrounds in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. All registered entries will be eligible for prizes and/or award. ‘Z Days dash plaques will be awarded to the first 25 entries. Saturday, May 17 will be the car show; awards will be presented to the winners at the end of the show. Convention Judging Rules will be used to judge the cars. Refer to registration form for the details about the show. Carlisle Productions will also be holding several events during the three-day weekend. Saturday night there will be a “cruise†through Carlisle, PA and a drive-in movie on the fairgrounds. Sunday there will be an autocross at a local school. Many part and performance vendors have their sales booths on the fairgrounds, too. Various food concession stands are also available. Please see the registration form for the Maryland ‘Z Club 9th Annual Z’ Days Car Show. You will also need to register separately at the entrance gate for the Import-Kit/Replica Nationals show. PWRCATZ, I am curious myself about the horsepower. I am planning to do a dyno run sometime this spring. It is still L26 block but with E31 head and I believe a mild cam along with 3-2 headers and 2.5" exhaust. Once I find out the HP I will let you know. Giedrius- Marriage Jokes
