I think there is or you check with Weber as to what calibration set up for the jets etc you need...Just remember when you low go down to the central valley your car may run different....Just a quick check ,if it runs better in Sacremento than in Reno then that's the trouble...If it's metal goto a radiator shop and have a pipe made....Or any place that works with small diamiter pipe..Or try the HELP section at NAPA...Brass is brass...

BTW the tranny coolant line is it a hard(metal) line or formed rubber? If it's rubber just get the right length and I.D. and have at it..Or give your Nission dealer a call....

Yes where your at 4000' will change the way the carbs work...Have you changed the jetting or found a high altitulde kit....The timing might also need to be changed...Most cars are built with those adjustments. I'm not from there but it's a problem when I drive up there....Is there anyone on the board from the Rocky Mountain State's....Or check the FSM and the Weber book for more info....

Hey from what I've seen no one makes that area around the filler neck to the gas tank....Just remove the corrosion as best you can and use a filler with metal in it and some wire mesh or find the part from rust free doner .How to restore your Datsun 240z page 47....The panel from banzi motorworks is for the panel that is above the tail lights.....As for the rear light panels it think you can find them any where..

Yeah I got one too, but I was kind of confused by having the BMW stamp and BMW box for the part....Oh I also got the calender , new spring parts hand out and their complete parts catalog on CD....Cool...

I would not doubt it at all, if any one knows turbofords knows about the Ford Seirra XR8 from South Africa.....They always had some small market one offs etc....As for the carbs again a European thing I have heard about dell'orto carbs on other cars....in Europe..As why Datsun did not advertise them well where taking about SOUTH AFRICA in the 1970's....Think about it..

This is the info I got from White Post Restorations. Total rebuild including installing new brass sleeves and all new parts to rebuild the master cylinder $250.00 including shipping.This service has a limited lifetime warranty.So if you own a master cylinder that has been rebuilt by them and the seals give out call them @ 540-837-1140 and ask for billy..Just remember if your sending the master cylinder to them for this service do not take it a part just drain the brake fluid out. As for the new master cylinder from nissan the cost is $220.00 plus shipping...They say that it's not in stock but can ship in 2-3 days btw this quote is from courtesy nissan....

I said use emery cloth not sand paper or you can use an abrasive mat(3M makes them).Then blow the part off . And after you clean the wire connectors protect them with a water displacing corrosion preventive compound or a clear lacquer..BTW this is out a corrosion control manual....As for the deoxit, stuff I have not tried it....

I will call White Post tomorrow and have the used one redone by them. It seems to me that they also rebuild them with new parts as well.And they offer fast service....But I still think it's a good idea to use Kragen's part as a band aid.. If you can not find the correct part....As an added note I do not think White Post is going anywhere(30+ years) and counting...So ask them if they have rebuild kit's....

Still for someone who did not have the correct brake master cylinder it might be a good deal if you have it resleved and than rebuilt...I also thought that the Nisson ones where sold out...I have got a used one from ebay and the one I'm going to buy from Kragen's is just a stop gap...Or I might buy a new one...BTW the car I bought has the wrong one.And I can not drive it..Also no they do not offer a kit NAPA might...And as for alternator's just check the stator and rebuild...I have done that to other old cars...

Buy a new heater control valve and a new heater core...This heater system sounds like a Euro job ie BMW and of course Merkur XR4Ti.They only work as a system and with out the control valve you have pressure all the time..And used heater cores are like used radiators you take your chances...The new valves might need brazing on the joints but that's it no worries...(To prevent leaks) BTW I do not have alot of wrench time on a Z but looking at this system it's pretty much the same..As the other cars with this setup.

Kragens still on there website has rebulit brake master cylinders for sale...They come with out the resievors however...At a round $40.00 it's a good deal....I'm going to call on monday....

Yeah it happens all the time....Has to do with no new major parts been made in a while....To bad this car is not made by BMW or Mercedes than new parts would be made and stocked by dealers.....No mattter what year or model but they do cost...

It should control the vacuum advance for the timing on the distributor ,if it's torn you need a new one....One reason why I hate any EFI car....That and chasing worn out sensors etc....

Just lightly sand some of the conectors with emery cloth and wipe off. Or use a metal brush...Just remember to disconnect the battery....And find the wire wrap that Eastwood sales not the tape the wire wrap it's a bit pricey but much better that the 30 yr old stuff on it....

Get a Factory Service Manual and no worrys .Hell it show's you how to do the job...( that's the engine L24 series.....Page EF-17.....For model L20a and L24 Series.......

If It Ain't Bent Around U Bend It Back....there Ain't No Frame To Be Bent(full Length). What's Not Bent Fix It . If It's Bent Replace It .a Car With A Full Frame Replace The Frame ......and That Is It....so For A Z (some Want's To Buy U A New Car).....yeah Right......

One more reason to hate the FRENCH.........Even if the car's were not crushed just moving out of Calif is bad enough....

In line with this post.. What size etc is the mounting hardware for the seats.The car I just bought had the seats recovered but they lost the hardware....
