That little screw holding the choke lever
My body shop screwed up my choke knob that was in perfect condition, and expoxed it back on. I did not know until working on the interior and needed to take the console out. Needless to say I was HIGHLY pissed. I found a "new" knob not in the same condition as the throttle knob (long story). So I cannot get the screw in because the threads in the screw are slightly messed up.

Next Gen Z?
I like it when Blue concurs. He's tired of the same old Nissan tired styling. It needs to end with the 370Z, and in the words of Carl Beck when the Z32 concept came out........"It's an ugly toad". It's time for retro, and back to basics with a twist. The 240Z was not style like other Datsuns, and so the new Z should not be style like other Nissans.

Matsuo mentioned this at the 2013 convention.

Next Gen Z?
Nissan has gone full retard and shamed the name of Mr K again. Dumb jackasses should all be fired, fired I tell you!! The new Z should be a 2600 lbs advanced composite body 240Z with a 2.4 liter supercharged direct injection engine putting out 250+ hp. Almost no frills version. Lightweight like Lotus, with much more powerful engine. Furthermore it needs to look like a 240Z except with modern line, not that bull**** look they've been putting out.

Original A/C units
No factory air existed prior to the 260Z as far as I know.

Classic Datsun Motorsports?
Les doesn't always respond or answer immediately. He's a great guy though, knows his ****! I've purchased a lot of stuff from him.

Wheel bearing life extended by periodically repacking?
Why bother greasing the rear bearings when they last so long? Unless it's a daily driver they'll last over 40 years like mine.

Do they still make glasspacks like this? (pics)
I didn't think anyone still installed the twice-pipes exhaust system.

I need some dimensions or pic moustache bar area
I think using poly in the differential mounts is a huge mistake, because it allows the vibration to be transmitted much easier into the cabin. Stiffening these mounts adds nothing beneficial to the cars handling quality. I have poly as well, but wasn't thinking at the time. It is clear to me know that it was a huge mistake. Using poly in your suspension is a good idea, but not so much in the drive train.

Mr. K's Yellow 240Z
This is when Mr K was a young man. Look at the 510 wagon with whitewall tires. My dad's 510 4 dr sedan had those bias ply tires. They really sucked. I think he got 10,000 out of them or something. Horrible tires. Sears Roadhandlers by Michelin went on after.....world of difference.

Replacing Twice Pipes exhaust! How to go back to stock without buying unnecesary part
From what I've read over the years, the twice-pipes exhaust provides little benefit under most driving conditions over a large pipe exhaust. There is more pipe surface area to provide friction. It's not a V engine.
