  2. the things that screw into the top of the bowls.

  4. how can you use it on plastic, you cant put plastic in the oven
  5. can you still use the oven for cooking once the product has been baked in it?
  6. I dont understand that.^ I am having the same exact problem with my su's too. and my choke cables are gone too. My car will idle, but when I get on it, it blows black smoke like there is no tomorrow. Im getting like 12 mpg too.
  7. just replace them with early round tops and save yourself the trouble.

  11. I have plans for a 1000whp rb26det in the s30, capable of 200+mph.
  12. I thought you all would be confused by the format of a non-u.s. dyno sheet. Thats why I thought it was wierd. The top line is for the kw.... converted is about 103hp The bottom line....... I have no clue how to convert that into tq. Maybe someone else knows.
  13. I was looking at a green rhd 240z on ebay, and he put a picture of a dyno sheet on there along with it. But something is wierd about it. See if you can find out what it is.....
  14. Yeah, so after a couple of years on the market, the price will probably go down? But I must say, If I did have that kind of money, I would get that part!
  15. That featured product is just a tad overpriced, imo.
  16. You could also go woth the Rota RB, I dont know if they come in a 16" though. I personally think they look way better than the Rewinds.... more agressive. If thats what you're going for. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/15X7-8-ROTA-RB-WHEELS-4x114-3-04-DATSUN-COROLLA-240Z_W0QQitemZ140137146951QQihZ004QQcategoryZ43955QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  17. My research shows that Ebay has the best prices fot the Rewinds, but I have not purchased from the buyers that are selling them. MSA sells them for a little more, but I'll bet their service is better. EDIT: I take that back, I just found the 16" Rewinds sell on MSA's web site for $569.95, and there is one set on Ebay right now fot $600. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/WWC19/25-1151 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AE86-510-240Z-260Z-280Z-16x7-Datsun-Konig-Rewind-Wheels_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43956QQihZ010QQitemZ200128102580QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
  18. 14" slot, huge 235-70-14 tire
  19. That sounds just like my dad, thats funny!
  20. True, but that part is fairly basic.
  21. I found this article on the web, and figured I would post it on this forum to help out all the guys running su carbs. It helped me out a lot. http://www.sonic.net/~kyle/su.html
  22. Well, I finally got around to putting the carbs on. All I did was bolt 'em on, and start it and it runs fine. It idles rough, but maybe thats because it has no air filter and the carbs need a good tune. And I put on my other hood (it has no hole)
  23. My dist. has no vacuum advance. jeez... Im going to end up spending another $300 just on crap I need to make these carbs work. Oh, and I make my custom fuel lines from bulk brake lines, will that work?
  24. Well Enigma, I already have the linkage that is attached to the firewall.... I just modified that to work in the 2 barrel. And I plan on making my own custom fuel lines. Thanks for the picture, it helped me out a lot. Will the su carbs work poorly if they have no fuel return line?
