With all the talk of restorations and factory correct details does anyone have photos or videos of the assembly line at Nissan Shatai. I've searched high and low and found very little here or online. Interested in the process of how they are assembled, primed, chipsealed, final paint and mechanical assembly. Here's the few photos I've found.

Interesting picture of the rear subframe / suspension. My mustache bar is E4101 and this picture is E4100. My NA parts book says E4101 also. Makes me wonder if the E4101 was NA export spec.

...and the photo comes from the FIA 3022 fiche, which is for the S30 Fairlady Z-S and Z-L, so not on the "240Z assembly line".

It was the S30-series Z assembly line.

Did Nissan do any promotional or internal videos showing the Shatai assembly line?

@Kats had posted this picture of cars driving off the assembly line. He also posted the engine test cell for the L series.

Never mind. Just my poor memory. They're out there. Blue on blue seems uncommon though.

Where were the S30 L24 engines built up and fired-up tested then?

I've reached out to @kats to see if he has more details but he seems to be MIA at the moment. Also trying to contact Mr. Miyazaki to see if he has any photos or videos of the assembly line; he used to visit it on a regular basis according to some notes @kats made in another thread.

Nissan's L24 engines were put together in the same place as the S30 L20A engines, the aforementioned main Yokohama plant. They have a Nissan Engine Museum in one of the original 1930s buildings still standing, adjacent to the main plant in Takara Cho. Recommended for a visit.

The point being you are asking for photos of the "240Z assembly line" but showing a photo a photo of a quite different location. Many of the component parts and sub-assemblies of 'our' cars were made in plants elsewhere, then put together at Nissan Shatai Koki's facility in Hiratsuka.
