What is the round part that is on the front of the cam which the fuel pump arm rides? I'm needing to get one and need to know what it is called so I can search for it.

Now I need to find one! I'm looking for part #13015-21002, the part is called SERVICE FILE CAM-FUEL PUMP.

It is #9 in this diagram: https://www.carpartsmanual.com/datsun/Z-1969-1978/engine-240z-260z/camshaft-valve-mechanism/9

There's a couple on eBay that might work. Probably all the same.
