I am not not sure about a rebuild. I broke everything down and tested along the way. I cant really find anything "wrong" so far. 

I just took off the valve cover to start inspecting.... any thoughts from image?

none were really what i'd consider bad

No offense, but how do you define "bad"?  

Be careful with that spray bar.  They're fragile.

gotya. So i watched a youtube test and he said they should be around 160psi... Mine were around this some lower than others though

10% is the key that most use.

Looks pristine to my eyes, just like my '72 when I first bought it. A little dark from being parked for 10 years.
