I have decided, that I will design a 3-D printed mount for the Haltech Nexus R3. I’m going to mounted it under the passenger seat so that it’s out of sight. I had considered mounting it to the passenger side kick panel but now I have a 3-D printer so why not?

Looking For a source. On my 914, I have printed circuit board front and rear turns/tails/direction lights with multiple LED’s. I have heard these are made for the Z as well. Anyone know of a source?

They are much brighter on mt 914. They don’t draw as much current. Only downside is if they fail, I have to count on the source still being in business.

Don’t make me have @Yarb manufacture these! You know how cranky he gets under pressure now that he is retired! 🤯😵‍💫😮🤯

Thanks @SteveJ but not what I’m looking for. My 914 lighting package is printed circuit boards with colored LED bulbs that replicate the function of the old bulbs but are MUCH brighter and draw less current. These cars are tiny, even compared to what is a modern small car. I want to be seen.

Frankly, I just replaced the incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs, but you said PCBs, so that's what I looked for. With the LED bulbs, you also need to change out the flashers to electronic flashers.

@SteveJ, I have done that. But my PCB LED lights on my 914 blow the bulb/flasher combination away. I’m looking for safety.

I have made the decision to go with ZStory from front to back. I have no concept of what this is worth but if you know you know what it is. Datsun Comp. The original owner of my car bought out the catalog and then sold me his car to avoid a divorce that probably happened anyway.

I have ceramic coated this and wrapped it as you can see.

Anyone think I should stick with Datsun Comp over ZStory?

I have been having intrusive thoughts about the Bosch iBooster for my brakes and an electronic AC system. My preliminary research says I need up to a 250amp alternator. I have no concept of choosing one. GM? Is the alternator in my Porsche Macan GTS daily pushing that kind of amperage?
