Is that a rotisserie under the car?  Getting ready to put it up?

Which bolt is frozen?

Yup! I tried mounting it before removing the suspension but the tolerances are too tight on the jig to lift it and slide the jig under the car. I have to lift one end them the other and have the car centred on the jig to start. I figured I might as well get the suspension off too while I'm down. I'll pull the windshield too. My garage is only 8' ceiling so it will be tight in there on the rotisserie.

The bolt that is frozen is the passenger side rear control arm bolt, nearest to the centre of the vehicle. No big deal, I have a stripped bolt remover.

Cool! Good Luck.

Got the remainder of the suspension out and dropped the diff. Now just the fuel pump, lines and gas tank to remove! Oh, and the windshield! LOL

Anyone ever see rear control arms bent like this? Wonder what caused that??!

Techno Toy, here I come! LOL

Iv'e never seen that before, let alone both sides! Wonder if that was a lift point before. Are those really that weak to bend from a lift though? Crazy!

That's what I'm thinking. It must have been lifted on those arms at some point. Crazy.

Did the tank level sending unit work?  Take care those can be expensive and hard(ish) to find.

The sending unit looked complete and undamaged, just rusted solid. It was stuck in the "empty" position on the gauge so I am not sure if it is salvageable or not....  :(

Yes, very hard to locate one.  If your are lucky maybe there is one in a Junkyard somewhere.  Otherwise Arizona Z has some rebuilt ones   http://www.zcarsource.com/gas-tank-sending-unit-240z-260z-280z_8_55266.html  but not cheap.

Yup. Exhaustive search has found very little else online. Hopefully there is a complete tank somewhere out there I can buy used to replace this one. It is so badly crushed under the filler neck, I don't think I can fix it properly...
