Well here I am again. Trying to find windshield wiper arms for my 71 240Z.

Motorsport no got !!

And yes my car is a 71 240Z I bought new 40 years ago.

Trying to make it new again and having some success but it sure costs more these days.

Be free to upload some pictures of your fine Z! Also i personally love to hear your story about the car.

You should check the compatibility of the arms with other models, like the 510. With something as common as windscreen wipers, you may find them on other Datsun models such as the 510.

does anybody know where to get wipers for the cool early style wire arms? current blades have 2 side slots ( which i've got jury-rigged ) but i'm looking for blades with single slot and a triangular top piece that will fit into the old style frame. any help would be appreciated!

I bought a regular set of replacement blades that now seem to come only with a frame. I stripped out the blade portion and fitted them directly into my old style wire-type frames. Direct install, no jury-rigging.

i tried that, but the newer blades i have, have 2 slots on the side, need just one. blades popped right out when i turned the wipers on.

i'd like to keep the cool metal frame that holds a triangular rib on the top of the wiper, to keep it original. so i just need the rubber wiper with the triangle shaped rib on top.
