Howdy fellow Z owners ! Just purchased a 1978 280z Black Pearl. Picked it up in Kansas City and drove it back to St Louis. The engine is solid and the body is in good (but not perfect) condition. I cant wait till it's warmer here and I can get to work making improvements. I'm sure I will need all of your knowledge and assistance in the future and thank those who do respond in advance. Looks like a great Z to start with. It appears to have custom leather seats. Are they stock seats that have been recovered or some other seats?

BTW, welcome to the club! You won't find a better bunch than the group we have here.

The stock seats are recovered and the paint is a second layer of black pearl. The pin stripes are not the original silver and red. The original owner redid them in silver and yellow. the yellow is pretty worn, I plan on removing them.
