Bling bling item for sure!!! Very creative. However, I don't think I would want some item spinning around, out of balance, on my wheels....especially after you spent the time a money to have the tires/wheels balanced. It just ain't right!!!

I assume you would have to get the wheels balanced after installing this unit.
