Monterey Historics --- Aug 13 - Aug 15

Featured Replies

Although not a ZONC sponsored function, I am trying to put together a group together to retain the "Z" coral for Saturday, August 14th.

http://www.montereyhistoric.com/

Tickets are $50 presale or $60 per person at the gate.

To retain the coral, a presale of 35 tickets must be in to the track by June 28, 2004.

At last years event, John Morton was on hand to sign autographs and came to the no host dinner later in the evening. Everyone that attended had a great time.

I also have some motel information.

Another one of the "Don't Miss" events if you are in to seeing great cars. Please post pictures of the Datsuns!

Ferrari is the Featured Marque this year.

The last time I attended when Ferrari was featured, the factory flew in several cars from their museum that are never seen in the US. Phil Hill was in attendance and took most of them for a few laps on track.

If you are a member of the Tifosi, don't miss this event!

I will be at the SVRA Historics this weekend at R.A. Supposed to be several Z cars entered. I will have the camera, so should have pics to post as long as I don't forget the film.

Hey, I have that Revell BRE 240z kit, and it is still unopened. Now I want to go to the Monterey Historics to get John Morton to sign it. That is John Morton right? I am ashamed, I do not know how he looks.

Thank you Carl. I will not make the mistake again. I just remember seeing pictures of him during the BRE years. Thank you for the picture Steve.

I will definately be there.

I know I am the "FNG" so it will be good to meet some of you.

I literally live not 30 minutes from there.

Oh, got the 76 280 BTW ;)

Time is getting limited, so if you're interested in saving your spot act quickly

Put me on the list! I've been to this event just about every year, and in my opinion its a "can't miss"!
