I'm sure my point of view is tilted by my basic optimism. I'm truely hoping that sometime, somewhere, there's a Victoria Secret lingere model, who will see my mug and say,

Optimism is a wonderful thing, when tempered by realism.

Here is to your Victoria Secret fantasy. If yours comes true, then maybe my similar one will be next.

But that car........................................needs buyer with truely "rose colored" glasses.

what an immaculate stock auto 280zx worth - absolute maximum $4000? (maybe $5000 for a manual)

he is asking an $11,000 premium for $8k of bodywork (a spray job and a body kit) and S2000 seats.

sounds very much like he thinks the car is worth as much as he has spent on it!

Ah, the auto saloon or salon or whatever award says it all. The weirder and more drastic your car looks the better.

All that car needs to finish it's transformation is a huge set of slicks under the read, a set of front runners on the pointy end and a huge supercharged nitro sucking big block hemi poking through the bonnet because that thing really fits the "funny car" category at the drags.

Lot of effort though.
