Did most of the undercarriage parts have identifications on them such as the one you restored Kats? If so, what could these markings tell us?

Thanks in advance,

Ben

Kats, your attention to detail is quite overwhelming. I'd love the opportunity to see your car some day. Good job!

I looked on your site Kats impressive work indeed.

I read about your alternator and how you said it might not be original I think your correct.

It appears it may be a ZX internally regulating alternator, a good way to double check would be to look for the voltage regulator in your engine bay.

I think it's usually on the right hand side the side with the spark plugs.

The correct spelling is "moustache" only. It's a strangely spelt word isnt it... your restoration of this part is awesome! I love the precision and detail. Love it.

Although you have a regulator in there it may be possible it is not being used?

The only reason i say it might be a ZX unit is because of the green outline around the cover of the item I have a ZX unit here at home with the same color however most have faded and look black now so it's hard to tell.

I should point out i may be completely wrong just something worth following up since your going completely original in all departments.

I know its been said before, but Kats's car is simply amazing. I could look at his website pictures for hours on end.

Keep up the good work Kats!! Makes me proud to have Z's.

Actually, Kats is right. Both spellings (mustache and moustache) are correct. (Look it up) Now, let's talk about 'spelled' vs 'spelt.':classic:
