280 rear wheel bearing issue

Hi All! New to forum having obtained a 280Z ! Had a rough rear wheel bearing. Have installed new and verified center B spacer and bearings seated correctly, but when close to torquing nut, the bearings are getting side load and not able to turn. Do the spacers get slightly worn or ?? All info appreciated. Thanks

I previously owned a 72 240Z. I bought a 77 280Z this year. It ran pretty well above 3000rpm or so, but really didn't idle or accelerate smoothly. I replaced the distributor with a used original 280 model. Made no difference. It had new (old style injectors on a Planet rail. New fuel pump, etc... I weighed a FI and Ignition upgrade vs. the DCOE route. I had triple 40s on my 240 and I am familiar with them. But, I reminded myself that I bought a 280Z because good injection is far superior to car

I've been trying to find any history of my recently bought 240Z, nothing comes up. Carfax has nothing on these 50+ year olds. Also tried to check vincheck.info, 240Z registries, and a couple other sources, nothing! Any help to research these classics, much appreciated?

I wonder if anyone has installed one yet. Would be interesting to see one of the S30.world cars with it in place. They have a good set of pictures on the page. Interesting that the clutch fork pivot ball is not included. And, what is the threaded hole next to the pivot ball boss? Would also like to see the aluminum transmission mounts. Is it the full crossmember or an adapter for the existing crossmember? And, information on the slip yoke would be good to have. Apparently, the slip yoke from the

I replaced all exterior lights with LEDs as part of a refresh I'm doing on my 6/71 and came across this odd situation. Initially I had forgotten to replace the thermal relays but addressed that with two new electro-mechanical no load ones. If I turn on the hazards all 4 will flash perfectly, nice and bright, good speed, click clack and all. If I turn on the left signal both front and back driver flash perfect also. If I turn on the right signal only the front will flash no rear! So that's m
