Hey guys. so I bought my z a couple years ago and it didn’t have anything audio related installed. Every time I drive the z I just bring a Bluetooth speaker in te car with me lol but I’ve had some extra time on my hands and I’m installing the retro sound stereo. Everything is going pretty well, only thing is that I don’t like some of the popular speaker locations (the kick panels or the big box in the trunk). I want to see if I can use the OEM speaker locations. Ok so this is where I’m stuck. I’m aware that these Z’s only came with one speaker back then. On the drivers side rear behind that plastic panel, I see I have a speaker mount bracket there. Dude is there any way I can have the a similar bracket on the other side? Same exact spot just on the passenger side? The other side has the holes like you can do it. But I’ve looked online everywhere nobody sells a bracket. I just want the speakers hidden back there. any help is well appreciated thanks
  2. Does anyone know the size, length ,and pitch of the bolts that hold the bracket for the compressor on in L24 engine?

Hey guys, I just got my car back from the body shop and can't remember for the life of me how the horns mount back up. I feel like I'm missing a piece. Can someone please post a couple pics of how the horns mount on a stock body 280z? (Mine is a 78..though I would think all 280's have the same mounting). Thanks!
  4. Not sure if I attached properly, but, yeah Bracket(s) are wedge engineering. Both seats to be installed completely by this upcoming weekend 1973, 5-speed, some suspension items and headers ~Cat
