240's also had painted hinges. Mine were when I got my car, my parts car had painted hinges, and every other 240 I have seen has had painted hinges.

Don't feel old. I'm seventeen and know all about Datsun's and stuff, and people still don't get it. Just be greatful you're driving one of the best and most interesting cars out there.

Well, tomorrow is my last day of school for about a week. I passed my written today, and I take the drive test on April 13th! Damn, I'm lame. Anyways, to the Z. I've got about two days worth of body work left, but she's going to get painted next week. I'm so excited, its been two years, a lot of mixed emotions and other things, but she's almost done. I plan on having her on the road in two weeks. I'll post pictures when I get the car in primer. - Ian.

the wheels themselves are pretty good. i personally never liked anything bigger than 16" on a Z though.

A lot of the parts are in my room, or in the car itself. My air dam and hood are next to the 1964 Mercedes, haha.

its costing me $150 to paint my car myself. my step dad already had all the air guns and such, so all i had to do was buy paint. MY CAR IS GOING TO BE PRIMERED NEXT WEEK!

Victoria British is no longer providing Datsun parts, they've switched to a new name for our parts, Black Dragon Auto. You still recieve catologues as always, just a new name.

I was actually planning on getting the 15x8 Diamond Racing Wheels, I didn't realize they were an issue for the balancing etc.
