Only one was mounted but never driven on. I sold my Z with the slotted mags and never used these. Sold as full set only with tires. $2800 + buyer pays shipping. Watanabes arrived. 15 X 7.5 with +8.5 offset...205 60 15 tires... Fronts rub on spring perch. Ugh.

Okay, I wonder if that same size on a stock 240 like mine would work...is there any difference in clearances in a 280?

Thanks I have 7.5" slotted mags now and they rub in the rear ever so slightly on the fender lip...but I do not know the offset. Anybody else have the wheel size in question?

I am looking at some Watanabes 15 X 7.5 with a +8 offset. I have a totally stock 73 240Z and wonder if this would rub on the wheels wells/fenders? My other choice is a nice Panasport 15 X 7 with 0 offset. Any help? thanks.

Looking for some advice on installing the rear main seal. I know Nissan has a special tool listed in the service manual. What is the best way if any, to install the RMS without this tool? Thanks

Rob, I am kind of in the same boat. I changed out the master but am now looking at the booster with suspicion...there was seepage between the master and the booster and a lot of corrosion on the booster. Did you have warning that your booster was going or was it sudden failure?

A longshot, but never hurts to ask! Please let me know if you have one or both of these items that are half decent at a fair price. Thanks!

I have a 73 with all the original emissions still on. Is there a reason to leave on or remove? Opinions welcomed. thanks, Andy

Weather was 75 ish steady Interstate. It was 515 degrees f inside my head. ; I will check the water pump. I doubt it is radiator because it is near new I think...will still check of course Car coming home this week...will diagnose and post final results. Thanks all for your input. This is a good forum from what I can see so far.

No Birds or bags. Something "changed" I watched that gauge like a hawk because I did not know the car. It was planted in the middle like a rock...then at about two hours it went up to ~240 and stayed. I would park and let it cool off...and even bled out some steam through the pressure release cap...and it would start stay cool for a short time...then like clockwork...would work its way up again. I did this about three times and gave up. Luckily a friend picked me up in his plane and flew me back.
