Geez, a 13B(rotary eng.) would be dwarved in the Zeds engine bay! People have put rotarys in everything... BMW's, Datsun 1600's(510), Carolla's etc. etc. I recon a 13B or 20B Zed would be cool! Imagine the sound coupled with the look!!! Cheer'z'

Mr Camouflage, They have 2 of them on them! EACH! I can't get any pics of the "snails" coz The engines are all covered up now But I think I've found one!... On second inspection you can see them both on "det1.jpg"!(their silver painted) And how is it that Mr Camouflage's pic has been "downloaded" more times than any of mine??? I dont think that Aussies eva got that model of S13... We got one simmilar but without pop-up headlights... Havn't even seen an Imported one like that. All well theres a first 4 everything i guess! 280Z or 280ZX? If just a 280Z(L28), The engine is exactly the same as a 240Z's(L24) besides the bore(stroke too?) and it has fuel injection. The 240Z's and 280Z's body's are the same besides from the bumpers, badges etc. Nothing major. So therefor a 260Z 2+2 is the same weight as a 280Z 2+2... Or there abouts! If your talking about a 280ZX... thats where my knowledge ends. :sleepy: So I recon keep the L28! They are probably just as simple as a L24. :stupid: Cheer'z'

Geez, a 350 chev is gonna cost u an arm and a leg if ur still in school isn't it? Then youve gotta find a 240Z. And youve gotta upgrade your tranny, driveshaft, diff, engine mounts etc. And then if your going that far you'll wanna go further... big $$$ Or for probly the same price you could do the same with a RB26DET/DETT if you wanted to stick with nissan. What a weird child(and im only 15:stupid:)! He knows a 'KID' with a RB26 fitted 350Z... And what the hell is"Batlground performance"? He must think that because we're in the"CLASSIC z club" that we are in on all of the new jap racer/ricer boy scene! Its like he's assuming that we know this "Batlground performance" mob. I'm not too sure what they are going into. They are brand new. I've only been there 1 week(work exp.) The big Aust. wide boss man came into the workshop today and gave us a free lunch and exlpained everything 'bout the company and those engines. I think he said they were going into boats(45m)!!! Just thought some people might be interested. I am currently on work experiance at MTU Detroit Deisel in West Aust. and the other day three of these engines came(via truck) in followed buy a huge crane! Im ot too sure on the specs of them but they are huge! Over 3000hp! i think 8000cc per cylinder!!! Twin turbo V20's i think!

Well that may seem nice as a holiday type place but it is probably pretty boring unless your into that kind of thing. Remember Its summer down here and a 30 degrese C days are common, no-one would want to be in a dead country town sifting mud tru a sive in 30 degrese!(86F) Plus, Billcapp, how do u know all of this? Oil Pan in America- Sump in Australia Valve cover in America- Rocker cover in Australia My dad has a workshop manual for an old british bike(BSA i think) and it has all of the American->British termanology... pretty funny some of them! well i think they are exactly the same. I agree though, the late bumper uprights are ugly... If your gonna change the carbs etc. I wouldnt worry about the bumpers too much coz if they are different its just a simple bracket you could probly make yourself. Cheers Chris Beattie
