  1. Would you mount a fake clutch pedal too? What about that oversized brake pedal?
  2. Wheels look great! Pretty darn good on the 280 also. I would reserve those wheels for non-winter use only. What size tires did you go with?
  3. Awesome! I'll be in the area from Feb14 to Mar11. I'll be there! Too bad I'll be in a rental car
  4. Hi, My name is Nate and I'm a caraholic.
  5. Careful now, quickly approaching treason.
  6. Holy Crap! I want that truck!!!
  7. Roger that Vic. Could be a simulated 2 piece also. But I don't recall the ones like these I've seen having the simulated 2 piece look so most likely you are correct, therefore I award you 10 points. Nate
  8. Could Call! I have a 5spd in the shed that was removed from a '78. Well, I just weighed it at .........73 lbs. !!! I weighed it 3 times and even though it was a bit of a balancing act on the bathroom scale I got 73 each time.
  9. I see you have retracted your bid. Great, that put's me back as having the high bid! But, I too have found a set already Oh well. Maybe someone else will jump in, still 5 days left.
  10. Aluminum! No seriously... I've seen ones like them before and they had a P on the center cap... I think the company was Progressive...?... Could be another brand too though. A lot of companies have similar wheels.
  11. Yeah, I've got my own theory as to why the yards around here don't have them... When a car comes in with nice wheels on it they yank them off and tend to drop the nuts on the ground, If you go to any of the yards around here you always see a bunch of lug nuts in the dirt... very common. This one fella told me that even if he did have them they would be between 40 and 50 bucks. Apparently they know what Nissan is getting for them. Nate
  12. I've come across pictures before. I think it's actually called a 621, or maybe it was just a model of the 620. I used to have a '72 1/2 620 pick up and I found one on the internet while searching for 620 info. I think the area behind the rear seat is a truck bed instead of a trunk... I wish these pictures would show a little more. Nate
  13. Mine has not arrived yet, but when it does get here I plan on driving it regularly, except when it raining just because the chance of getting in an accident are higher. I have never been to a place where so many people are incapable of driving on wet roads... believe me. I've been all over the U.S. and S.C. takes the cake! So I voted "alternates with another vehicle".
  14. Hey Prox, I just found this... "you MUST use the special short-shank Nissan lug nuts and washers or you will RUIN your wheels. These can be purchased from your Nissan dealer (Nissan Part # 40224-R4670), and list for $7.65 each" ...at this site http://kmhafer.datsun510.com/wheelFAQ.htm
  15. The gorilla lug nuts are $4.95 for 4 nuts. 4 reqd. means 4 package to complete the car. Look just above that in the Wheel Component section at Alloy Wheel Accessories part # 66-003 Lug Nut, Alloy Wheel, 240-280, '70-'83, Req'd (16), $7.95! Highway robbery brother!
  16. I'm in the same spot as you right now...ZX wheels needing lug nuts. I've narrowed it down to 70-116 Short Mag .550 70-117 Standard Mag .750 That $8 a piece for their stock replacements is rediculous! $128 for lug nuts- yah right!
  17. 240 I Assume? Wick Humble's book states that the rim is Imitation Wood Grain. To restore thoroughly clean with laquer thinner and recoat with clear laquer. Nate
  18. Have you guys seen this... a prototype from 1999.
  19. Sblake, I just pm'd you back. Sounds like a deal to me. Nate
  20. Well, you've got my attention! Please PM me with more info. Are all "round"? Price? Center caps included? Any idea on shipping cost? Size? And any other pertinent info. Thanks! Nate

  22. Webdawg, are the stock steel '75's just plain steel wheels? If so, then no thank you. If they aren't plain wheels let me know what they look like, you are in driving distance. ALSO... INF has these wheels on his car, anyone know anything else about them (what year) and possibly have any they want to get rid of? I found the wheels I was originally talking about. Cragar makes them too. Having problems finding a local shop that can get them. I've posted a pick below.
