  1. It's one hell of a puzzle getting that car back together, but keep going and you will get there
  2. Few days ago i brought my Z-Bodypanels to the Company "Meier Oberflächenbehandlung Rafz" which is specialized in rust and paint removal with an alcoholic / adhesive mix. They did a very nice job and the Doltan 2K primer let's you see damage, old welds and problematic areas while preventing from new rust. Perfect. Only mistake they made was they forgot to complete thre pieces of my delivery so this friday i will go there, pick up the rest of the panels and then make the complete layout shot again. The gold colour you see is actually the Doltan 2k Primer The roof was in mint condition with no damage, old welds and most important - it never had a sunroof installed: Doors have some minor surface damage but nothing problematic: The smaller bits all were in great shape: Had to put all the parts on the car just for fun Finally looks a bit like a car again:
  3. How can you improve on this when it's already PERFECT
  4. When my engine was getting repaired, I ordered the printed books, How to Rebuild Your Nissan & Datsun OHC Engine, and How to Modify Your Nissan and Datsun OHC Engine. while reading the descriptions of the books, I discovered that they were also available for the Kindle program, so I got the first book in digital form. I like having digital versions of books or documents because the computer can quickly search for a word or phrase, and you can store many, many books on even the smallest of flash drives or a CD or DVD. I still appreciate having printed books because you have the pleasure of browsing the pages without the limitations of screen resolution, battery longevity, fan noise, accidentally scrolling 20 pages when you only want to zoom on something, or other digital/electronic uisances. That is, unless you have a 27 inch computer screen, but you can't really hold that on your lap either.
  5. Very nice! No point deductions for you!
  6. That car can predict the next pothole !
  7. EMAIL UPDATE ON THE UPCOMING EPISODE, FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT CATCH THE YOUTUBE VERSION. Hi Al I hope this email finds you well. Just to let you know that the Datsun 240z episode will air on Velocity, Wednesday 26th August. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your kind contribution to the show. It was a fantastic experience filming in America largely due to the warmth and generosity of those that we had the pleasure to meet and work with during our stay. It genuinely added an great dynamic to the show, I'm sure you'll see that these are some of the best episodes of Wheeler Dealers that we have produced in our ten year history.
