How did you get these spinners to work, do they push through from behind?

Was looking at something similar for my car.

I told Discount Tire, a chain store, what look I was after. They did the research and ordered the universal center towers from one source and the spinners from another. They first towers they got didn't fit. The towers have a round base that the lug bolts fit through. The spinners attach with an Allen screw.
