Valve Cover Breather

Featured Replies

Logical when you explain it as such.

However, wasn't the original concept to burn or re-route any emmision buildup back through the intake?

Is there a design that allows you to use the larger filters instead of the OEM aircleaner AND allows crankcase emmisions to be introduced back into the carburation system as originally designed?

Not that I'm aware of, and besides,

Emissions!!!!, Emissions!!!!, We don't need no stinkin Emissions.

I love that oneLOL

(as Dave said) In a word NO. :(

All of the aftermarket aircleaners that I have seen do not have such a provision. After having this filter on the valve cover for a while, you do need to clean it to remove any oil build up or it will eventually drip out on the engine.

I saw a website months ago that had them listed for $9.99 but I can't seem to find it again. DAMN, I wish that I had bookmarked it when I saw it!!! :stupid:

Move to Alabama... we don't have emissions here... I'm running with just header and a straight pipe right now. LOL
