Can someone please tell me which way the arrow (see attached picture showing arrow on side of mount) is supposed to point for proper orientation of the rear transmission mount.

 

seems like arrow faces forward.. I just replaced this on my car I should know, but I cant recall. all I remember is doing it twice because it did not line up haha. 

Here is the one on my spare trans. Taken straight out of the car and never removed.
