350z Roadster - new info!

Featured Replies

While I'm actually on a computer...

Nissan's website (www.nissan-usa.com) has recently put up some new information about the upcoming roadster model. From what I can see (imho), it looks great with the top down, and nasty with it up. But then again, what sports car looks really great with a convertible top on? I suppose they're meant to be kept off.

So what looks better? I'd personally go with a hard top myself, but then again, I'd almost never opt for a convertible. And then again, I don't have $40k lying around, so what difference does it make? :ermm:

I love the top-down look, but Ill take the lighter weight of the hard top any day. My $.02

I'd like it a lot better if they were to get rid of the ugly lights and door handles.... but then, if they did that, I might like the coupe as well....:tapemouth :cross-eye

Nissan broke a promise to the public keeping those door handles. It was always going ot be that they disappeared for the produciton models, lying bastards.

I think it would look silly having someone's head poking out from underneath that fat convertible... it'd be like one of those caddy cruisers from the 50s where you can hardly see the person inside.........

hard top please

I agree with Alfadog and go further it would have a shoe horn on the boot to get the driver in and out.

I too hate the lights and would love to see a retro change the door handles same.

Nissan has THE WORST web site design of any I've seen. Lots of flash, but takes time to figgure out how to navigate quickly and find the info that you're looking for.

How much does the roadster weigh?
