Nothing groundbreaking in the article that even a casual Datsun Z enthusiast would already know. All it does is bring the speculators and flippers out of the woodwork to drive original part prices even higher into the stratosphere.

Five years ago I thought I was nuts forking over 50 bucks for a NOS 4-speed shift knob.  Today I've seen some for quadruple the price.

I consider it free advertising.  I've got mine and am not a flipper so the more hype the better in my opinion.

I know I was weak and sold my now rare NOS still in the box 5speed knob 6-8 years ago for $65.
