Seems like a give-away price.  Curious about it being on eBay as well as CL  It will certainly go for more than $2500 on eBay.

I'm thinking of contacting him. I am in the same county, although it covers a big area. I wouldn't be able to take it on, so I'd hate to waste time, but I'll let you know if I do.
