but hey i was thinking of painting it sub lime like that super bee you showed me a few days backROFL

So you are getting two cars? What is the story on the "other" one. You mentioned "donor", What is it donating? Conversion to Manual transmission parts?

Are you driving the one pictured to Penn from CA? Any concerns about that?

the reason that the red car is the donor car is because that will be the one with the good body and no rot. the other car has some rot, and its not feasible(sp?) to fix when i can have this one for much less.

the red car will be getting a 3.1 stroker from the 73 that im buying in st louis.

two cars = one nice looking and mean little machine. the 73 also has the manual and this 71 has an automatic:(

This is the car that was used in the movie , distruction Z. and was cought in the huge machiene that ate steel and spit out Hondas !! Glad that you have liberated the star. Good job !

Wow that is a great looking car for $1700 bucks!! Are you sure it's a '71 and not a '70? With the hatch vents, 240Z emblem etc it looks like you got a hold to a '70. I am very jealous.

Should be proud of that pick up!! I don't think that the guy who had it quite knew the price a Z can fetch, especially one of that vintage!

Congrats!

Cheers ppl!!
