A friend wants his Koni's rebuilt. are there shops that still do this?

I'm guessing these aren't in their list only because they're no longer produced. Surely they could do the job.

Center hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm EST.

OTHER KONI AUTHORIZED REBUILD FACILITIES

In addition to the KONI Service Center in Hebron, KY,
there are three KONI authorized rebuild facilities in 
North America. They are TrueChoice in Hilliard, OH 
(888-566-4722), Pro Parts West in Canoga Park, 
CA (818-888-8904), and Performance Shock Inc. 
@ Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA(800-965-5664).

I've used them to rebuild some old 240Z Bilsteins and our shop uses them all the time.

I have those same exact shocks in mine. They are well over 20 years old.

I seem to remember being told that model was not rebuildable.

You would have to call Koni direct to confirm.

The car rides so bad now I am just going to replace them.

Not sure with what yet.
