which country made the panasport wheels?

i have friend who will sell me set of 16x7 panasport wheels and i'm not sure

if they are original or fake one?

If you're talking style, there are tons of people who make that design of wheel, in fact panasport can be considered to be a knock-off themselves! They're a copycat of old minilite wheels.

Minilites are an old design, but I've got a new set of 15 x 7s coming.

Panasports are made in Japan. The ones made in China are other Minilte copies. Panasports are stronger and are worth more than the similar-looking Chinese wheels.

I agree with all three answers but to correct your original question, MAKES, not "made." They're still making them.
