I have an envelope with front fender marked on it. There are 6 of these with plastic washers and bolts with an allen wrench. Are they for the front fender for my 71 Z? Thank you, TimsZ

Could they be for a front spoiler that attaches to the fenders?

The 6 bolt and plastic washers go with the bracket you listed in another thread. They are for the headlight covers.
