Shipping parts by Greyhound

Featured Replies

Who has experience shipping body panels by Greyhound? Did you have to box them up, or will Greyhound take them unboxed? What was the condition of the part on arrival? I'm trying to get a hood shipped to me, but I could not understand the person that I got on the phone when I called Greyhound (heavy accent). Any information and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Have the hood boxed and padded. Greyhound is probably the least expensive way to ship something that large but Greyhound is NOT going to handle it with loving care. Assume that packages will be stacked on top of the box. Otherwise, great way to ship the larger stuff.

That's what I'm afraid of.

I received bumper from Saskatchewan (5000km) no problem with GH

I also received a wheel cover for the Rav4 from Manitoba no problem with GH

Pack well!

I got one from the Zbarn last year. His selection was getting pretty thin. I'm trying to find a better one.

I received fiberglass fenders via GH years back. they were boxed pretty well, but still got hammered on the trip. I refuse to use that for shipping anymore.

I had a quarter panel shipped Greyhound Washington State to Buffalo.

It was boxed and that part of the move went well.

The border was a different story.

I have a rear hatch enroute to me now via Greyhound. Coming from Washington State to Alabama. I'm holding my breathe. I'll let everyone know the outcome!!
