Fusable link upgrade??

Featured Replies

I know this has been gone over before. When I fist got my Z the P.O. had removed the whole relay bracket and fusible links and scabbed in some maxi fuse connectors. Since, I have found the relay bracket and repaired some of the wiring and installed a maxi fuse distribution block, but it's a Micky mouse unit from shucks. It not designed to handle the amps. I am looking for a new one but I cannot seem to find an appropriate one anywhere. it would be nice to find one that has a weather tight cover. Any ideas?

yes I have seen that thread and I would consider that solution but I cannot find that fuse block anywere including Stinger's website.

our friends at Copper Bussman seem to have a few solutions, including this one

"33700 Series PRM power-relay and PFM power-fuse modules support high current and are housed in a compact sealed body. "

That looks like it would work but I would prefer a fused distribution block. One fat wire in and four out. I looked up Coopers web site, They have some options but not really what I am after. Still looking.
