what are these tail lights from?

Featured Replies

After collecting my new project 240Z today I am unsure about the rear lights. Any ideas? They're not standard are they?

No way! Apparently the PO had to get creative. I am sure that some member will be able to help you find the correct pair. Hopefully the body was not altered too much. Good Luck.

I didn't think so!! The previous owner suggested something about a "rally" look. As you say someone just getting creative....

Oh Jason, can you post some more photos, high res, not some cell photos, it look to me the rear bumper have been blend in with the body, wonder how the body look below all the body filler.

will do.. It was all a bit hectic today and I only had my mobile with me. Have you seen the other photos in the introduce yourself section?

Yes i have seen them, the car look pretty low in the back, is it slammed or filled with ol' iron

haha! it has the remaining parts of the car and combined with tired suspension and half flat tires it has an instant "slammed" look. I'llget it stripped down and on the lift asap and have more in depth info about the entalements of the project.

What was the PO thinking. Those tail lights look like the rear end of a Motorhome.:classic:

zedrally shakes head in disbelief.

I can't believe someone would do this....

scotauto, I hope you can find the parts you need to return the "rear" to original.

I wasn't going to say it, zedrally!

I have to say, though, the retrofit looks far better than the one I did when I replaced the broken tail lights on my dump trailer. If my dump trailer looked that good, I'd be the envy of the neighborhood.
