has A/C"Probably needs to be recharged" I see this often. It is puzzling that when the seller lives in a hot climate area he appears to have no idea and not care about why the A/C is not working. Why not just say"Has A/C but not working"

A/C's never need to be charged.....They need to be fixed or replaced.
