I was there yesterday...landed just after the collapse and my driver detoured around it (just though it was some garden variety accident). Flew back in the early afternoon and didn't realize the scope of it until I got home.

Simply horrible. We had an overpass go down in Montreal last year and 5 people perished.

Our thougths are with you...

That was terrible mate.Footage was shown on the T.V. news here.

The kids in that school bus were damned lucky. Last report I heard was that there were 20 people still missing.

My thoughts and condolences to the families of the victims of the tragedy.

KDMatt lives in MN and drives over that bridge quite often. When I heard my thoughts went straight to him. Thank God he's okay. And God be with the families of those who weren't.

I used to drive that stretch quite often as it's only a few blocks from where I go to school in Minneapolis.

At last report the death toll is a lot lower than they initially thought it was going to be (8 confirmed dead, over 100 injured)... but still very tragic and very shocking...
