Electric 280ZX????

Featured Replies

I was watching a show on Discovery Channel at lunch called "Sucking Amps". They turned a postal van into an electric drag racer.

At the start of the show the main guy was driving around an electric 280ZX. It was actually quick too!!

Here is a link to the postal van

Up in Portland there's a guy with an electric Datsun 1200 that kicks @$$ in the 1/4 mile on the local strips. Wild ride.

Beats the heck out of this one:

"78 Datsun 280Z2nd original owner converted to 2200, 4 cyl. Red with Black Interior 2,800 Call..."

Beats me. I had to read it several times before it sank in.

There was a website for a guy building an electric 240z. If you search this forum you might find a link to it.
