Portland Roadster show pics

Featured Replies

I have some photos of the Portland Roadster show. Here are some of the Datsuns involved. The two clubs did well for themselves. I was given a really nice compliment on the train home, from a Corvette couple. Datsuns Northwest and Northwest Z, as Billy Crystal would say, "you look Marvelous". Hope you enjoy these.

Bruce,

So, which cars trophied? Name names!

The yellow dime, the red roadster, the 300 and the 280zx.... Don't feel sorry for the others as they only entered to show, not to be judged. I'm curious to hear what, if anything, the club display might have won. The tear down crew had to leave before those awards were given out.

Apparently the majority of comments that were forthcoming from members of the Hotrod Council that puts this show on were very complimentary of the display, the cars and the people.

Mike your Z looks great. IMHO the only thing I'd do different is to paint the rear panel the proper gray.

Nice display guys, all the cars looked great. It is nice to see that you guys could hang with the Hotrod types.

It was actually a pretty eclectic bunch of cars. One of my favorites was the red Crosley Hotshot with a tri-carb'd Ford flathead V8 under the hood.
