Let's see some wheels!

Here is a wheel you don't see often. Four spoke Keystones, have been on this car since the car was new in 1970. This car has never been privately owned with steel wheels. I have been looking for a set of 2 and 5/8 " Keystone center caps for these wheels for over twenty years. PM me if you have any leads.

Thanks

Jim

dang, I shouldn't have looked at this thread. Up till now I hadn't seen the wheels on my white Z anywhere else. I got them off of a parts car that we had to drag out of some brush that was higher than the car. When I got them the fronts of the wheels looked about the same as the backs.

I have been putting off buying some wheels as a matter of financial priority. Getting anything up here was going to be $1K. :(

I recently lucked out - when visiting an old family friend who was parting out a 71 I virtually tripped over these wheels in the yard (well hidden in the grass). They are Appliance wheels, mid 70s vintage. A fair amount of time was put into cleaning and repainting, but I think they are worth the time and $100 cost to buy.:classic:

I am going to mount them this week - waiting on lugs (Massey's) I painted the centers black as well after I took these pics.

Anyone else got these or similar?

Pics show stages of repair - the fine/finish is not posted.

Too late to edit - went to the shed and took two finished shots.

They look more like Vectors to me :)

A.K.A. General Lee Rims :classic:

Also anyone have these spinners below?

I lost my Right rear one and need a replacement :(
