its funny , all my neighbors have been really great , I had a friend ship in 200lbs of ice from the coast and we all got a bit and when i found generators we told each other and bought ones for people who couldn't get there or didn't have trucks so I think i have the best neighbors , as far as the people you wait in line to get gas with and in the store , yikes forget it , especially if you go south of me just 3-5 miles where there is more damage,

looters , none of that here we chained our generators down just to be sure but my neighbors mother is about 15-20 miles north of us and he has gotten the guns out and all but its also rual and has no power light or phone . I feel very thankful it has gone as well as it has . Gotta tell ya thanks for everyone north of us who sent their power truck guys down to help us out we all appreciate it

hhm starting to wonder what florida did , Jeeze another one , gonna send the wife out of state and pray that this one is not as strong as they say otherwise I might regret staying , me and my brother are gonna ride out this one together with a motorsport catatlog and a bottle of bacardi , figure why not , everyone in florida be well and safe and GA watch out

:tapemouth reconsidering living in fla right now as i listen to the feeble roar of the generator and the slow connection of dial up intenet connection, all is well here just lots of rain and a few more trees down , but any suggestions for a new place to live , and to think Ivan is also on his way , jeeze somebody stop doing the rain dances please :rambo: take care all in florida

Haven't had power at the house since 5 yesterday. Studio is Ok. We had 30 mph sustained wind ALL GD day!!! Blew all the avacados out of the tree, but the oranges are hanging in there. The eye is just moving north of me now (7:30 PM). The wind should reverse pretty soon and we'll get the back side of this monster all night.

We haven't lost power at all. The wind has been about 35 to 45 mph with a few gusts at maybe 60 mph. Raining all day also. Few minor twigs down from the trees. I hear ya there seerex on Ivan. He's suppose to be getting near Fla by next weekend or so. I believe hurricane season runs until November 30th :mad: Who's all ready to move to Arizona............I know I am.
